Frontiers in Abolition: Advocacy Obstacles and Opportunities in the Fight for Freedom from Sexploitation

This presentation will explore a range of policy and advocacy issues that create either obstacles or opportunities in the fight for freedom from sexploitation. Special emphasis will be given to the topics of: 1) the intersectionality between forms of sexual exploitation, 2) the global sex work movement and calls for full decriminalization of prostitution, 3) curbing online sex trafficking, and 4) combating the demand for commercial sex.
