Bill Woolf

Director of Human Trafficking Programs, Office of Justice Programs, U.S. Department of Justice

After over 15 years of law enforcement service, Bill Woolf took on the issue of human trafficking as the Founder and Executive Director of the Just Ask Prevention Project, where he led the effort to develop a systematic approach of education, prevention and intervention in addressing the threat of human trafficking to communities. The program has garnered national attention and is now being implemented in areas throughout the United States, Mexico, Netherlands, and Nigeria. Mr. Woolf was also the Director of the National Human Trafficking Intelligence Center, lead investigator for the Northern Virginia Human Trafficking Task Force, received the Presidential Medal for Extraordinary Efforts to Combat Trafficking in Persons, and an adjunct professor at George Mason University.
