Scarlet Hope's Career Development Program is a 14-month paid holistic life and job skills training program that offers survivors the opportunity to stabilize and develop in a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and goal-oriented community setting. In this session, Rachelle will present the key components of a transitional job training program and discuss the importance of client-centered care. This program offers a tangible way out of an exploitive lifestyle and empowers and equips survivors to pursue a successful future.
