Part 1 of 2
Dissociative identity disorder (DID) is a complex condition that affects 1-3% of the population, with much higher rates in trafficking survivors. This presentation will discuss how the disorder presents, important diagnostic and treatment considerations, and unique challenges regarding DID and trafficking. Calion's presentation is based both in evidence and lived experience as a survivor of trafficking with dissociative identity disorder.

Objectives from Presentation:
1. Create a foundational understanding of what dissociative identity disorder is and how it forms
2. Understand how DID presents and the potential treatment methods
3. Discuss core considerations when working with trafficking survivors with DID
