CEO & Executive Director, Free for Life International
Gabrielle Thompson has been Free for Life International’s (FFLI) Executive Director & CEO for the past six years. She has a heart for empowerment, justice and vulnerable populations around the globe. In her tenure as CEO, Thompson has expanded the organization’s work to seven countries, seen the rescue of over 700 women and girls, partnered with one Safe Home, developed two prevention and interception curriculums, and created one nationally recognized Survivor Scholarship program. Thompson currently serves on Youth Against Trafficking Board of Advisors, Tennessee’s Human Trafficking Working Group Steering Committee, Vision Trust International’s Orphan Care Expert Services, and Providence Worldwide’s Orphan Care Collective Team. Thompson was awarded Nashville’s Top Professionals 30 under 30 in 2018, and Nashville Business Journal’s Top 40 under 40 in 2020. She is an experienced speaker, has spoken and represented Free for Life International across the United States, India, Nepal, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Peru and Thailand. Thompson previously worked in gender-based development initiatives in Costa Rica and Turkey and holds a Masters of International Development, focused in women and gender, from Middle Tennessee State University.
