Patrina Mosley

Deputy Director of Legislative Policy, National Center on Sexual Exploitation

Patrina Mosley, is the Deputy Director of Legislative Policy at the National Center on Sexual Exploitation working to lead legislative efforts at the state and local level in consultation with the Director of Public Policy. Prior to joining NCOSE, Patrina served as an Advisor for human trafficking at USAID’s Combat Trafficking in Persons (C-TIP) team. She has testified in state legislatures about the harmful effects of the commercial sex trade, the influence of pornography to normalize violence against women, and its effect in increasing the demand for sex trafficking. Patrina is a graduate of Liberty University with a Master of Arts in Public Policy.
