About the organization

We are a 501(c)3 fighting against Human Trafficking in Eastern Iowa and beyond. We offer the following services:

  • Survivor Advocacy
    • We offer Survivor Advocacy for women of all ages, that have survived Human Trafficking, through one-on-one mentoring, as well as
    • A Survivor Support Group
  • Transition Housing (opening in November, 2019)
    • We will offer fully-furnished housing for adult (>18 yo) women coming out of Restoration, to provide support for them as they transition into independent living. This support includes:
      • Rent/utilities based on a sliding-scale
      • Advocacy - we want to walk together and support them as needed, as they navigate their journey to independent living
      • Other items on a case-by-case basis (transportation, further education, employment assistance, etc.)
  • Education:
    • Staff, students and parents through our School Project
    • Staff through our Hotel/Motel Project
    • The general community through our Core Project
    • Partner with Mercy Medical Center in educating staff at hospitals and clinics through a Medical Project
  • Coalition:
    • Our community comes together once a quarter to network, receive education and updates, as well as take action on issues affecting the anti-human trafficking movement
  • International Work:
    • We currently fight Human Trafficking in Guatemala, working with several partners to provide prevention education, as well as build a Restoration Home.
