We help survivors over the age of 18 (and their children) currently in the Denver metro area. They work with trained case managers and mentors as they work toward becoming self-sufficient and take back their independence. Our program is divided into 3 stages to meet the individual needs of survivors.
ENGAGE(Stabilization) : This is the first contact with survivors. We assess their needs, write a personalized safety plan, connect them with resources and stabilize.
EMPOWER (Self-sufficiency): Once they have stabilized we provide basic needs such as housing, food, medical care and counseling.
THRIVE (Community) : After they graduate from Empower, they enter the Thrive program where they receive job training, life skills, and work with a mentor. They can also be a part of our survivor community group.
