Lighthouse for Life was founded by Andrea Wind in 2014. She envisioned a Lighthouse that was surrounded by smaller homes with people coming from all over to find shelter in those homes.
We strive to educate and arm individuals, families, and organizations with the knowledge and tools to help detect, prevent, and protect communities from human trafficking. We provide free training throughout South Carolina for law enforcement, medical providers, service providers, civic faith organizations and individuals.
We also provide a long-term residential home which embraces a trauma-informed approach to address the individual needs of survivors of sex trafficking. Licensed to serve females ages 12-21, we focus on empowering survivors by bringing them to spiritual, emotional, and physical wholeness.
